Tom Bickes graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting. For ten years, he was a senior manager with Norrell Services, Inc., a $1.3 billion international staffing and outsourcing services company, where he held positions as Corporate Credit Manager, and Area, Regional and Divisional Vice President. After Norrell, Tom joined Staffing Resources, Inc. where he held the positions of Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer and served as CEO of Staffing Resources / Career Blazers, Inc. In 2000, Tom led the management acquisition of 141 locations of Career Blazers Commercial Staffing. Since then, he has successfully led EmployBridge to industry leading growth results. Tom lives in Atlanta with his wife May May and they have four children. .
Shawn Poole graduated from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Accounting. Shawn is a certified public accountant and began his career with Arthur Andersen LLC. Shawn has served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer of American Studios Inc. (NASDAQ), and he was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Carolina Freight Corporation (NYSE). Shawn brings a wealth of experience in the human resource service sector. He has served as Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of Randstad North America and Executive Vice President, Chief Financial and Accounting Officer and Secretary for Career Blazers prior to leading the management acquisition of EmployBridge in 2000. He has 14 years in the staffing industry and 21 years as a CFO. Shawn lives in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife Gigi and they have two children.
Sharon has worked for EmployBridge and its predecessors since 1992 when she joined as Corporate Counsel of Personnel One, Inc. in Coral Gables, Florida. She moved to Dallas, Texas in 1998 to become the Vice President and General Counsel of Staffing Resources, Inc and Career Blazers, Inc. Following the management acquisition in October 2000 Sharon moved to Atlanta, Georgia to be the Vice President and General Counsel of EmployBridge. In addition to the legal department, Sharon is also the Corporate Secretary and is responsible for human resources, employee benefits and staff payroll. This comprises the 19 years of experience Sharon has with EmployBridge and its predecessors and in the staffing industry. Ms. Greenbaum is an attorney licensed to practice law in Florida and Texas. She holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida College of Law where she graduated with Honors and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Degree from Boston University.
Craig graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant and began his career with Arthur Andersen LLC working in both the Knoxville and Memphis offices. While in Memphis, Craig served as the controller of Fogelman Properties, a large real estate developer and syndicator. During his tenure with Burkhart & Co., he served as a manager of both tax and business consulting engagements. Craig started his career in the staffing industry in 1991, as the Chief Financial Officer of Cobble Personnel. He managed all the accounting, financial, risk management and technology departments and handled the negotiations and sale of the company in 1995. During his tenure with us he has served as the Chief Financial Officer of the Knoxville Business Service Center through 2007 and for the last three years as the corporate controller responsible for the accounting department, financial reporting, risk management department, training department and large customer financial support. Craig lives in Knoxville with his wife and two children.
Chris is a seasoned technology leader with more than 13 years of achievement maximizing the planning, design, development, support, and execution of innovative technology solutions in professional services and staffing industries. Chris started with Staffing Resources, Inc in 1997 in Knoxville, TN as IT Manager. After successfully leading the Y2K and several acquisition integration projects Chris was selected to lead the turnaround of the EmployBridge IT department in 2003. As part of the outsourcing, he left the company to work for the IT consulting firm, Impact Innovations Group, in Dallas, TX. He served as Senior Manger with Impact Innovations Group and acted as Interim CIO; Chris rebuilt the IT organization and completed a technology refresh of hardware and applications from 2004 to 2006. Chris accepted the position of VP & CIO with EmployBridge in 2006 and relocated to Atlanta, GA. In addition to leading the Information Technology department, Chris is responsible for the direction of the EmployBridge Facilities and Marketing functions. Chris graduated with a Bachelor of Science in International Business Management from the University of Tennessee. Chris lives in Atlanta with his wife Renee and their son.
Doni graduated from the University of New Mexico with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Accounting. Doni is a Certified Public Accountant and began her career with Arthur Andersen LLC. In addition Doni has earned the designation as Certified Treasury Professional. Doni served as Tax Manager for Sun Healthcare Corporation and Deloitte and Touche LLP prior to joining EmployBridge in January 2001. During her tenure as Treasurer Doni has been involved in optimizing bank services while minimizing the associated bank fees, forecasting and managing cash resources and income tax reporting and compliance. Doni’s current focus has shifted towards minimizing federal and state income taxes and enhancing utilization of the work opportunity tax credit. Doni lives in Atlanta with her husband and their daughter.
Stayton graduated from the University of North Texas with a Masters Degree in Accounting with an emphasis in Tax. Stayton is a Certified Public Accountant. He started his career in public accounting with Arthur Young in the Tax Department. Stayton continued his tax career holding either staff or managerial positions at Partners National Health Plans (a managing company of HMO’s and PPO’s), Campbell Taggart Company (the bread making division of Anheuser Busch Corporation) and American Hi Lift (a national lift company). He created the tax department at Access Communication (a local communication company). Stayton’s fifteen and a half year career in the staffing industry began with EmployBridge in 1995 when he started the tax department at Staffing Resources, Inc. Stayton grew from his Tax Director position to become Treasurer for the company, the CFO of the Dallas Service Center and now serves as Vice President Shared Services. He is currently responsible for Credit and Collections, Temporary Payroll and Billing, Cash Application and Call Center functions of EmployBridge in the Knoxville and Dallas Service Centers. Stayton lives in Dallas with his wife, they have two children.
