Greg Netland joined the board of EmployBridge, in May 2014. Greg has more than 25 years of staffing industry experience. Starting in 1987, he played an integral role in transforming Sapphire Technologies from an $8 million IT staffing firm with one office into a $400 million business with 40 offices nationwide.
Greg played key roles in the successful 1994 integration of Sapphire into Select Appointments (Holdings) Ltd. and the 1999 merger of Select with Vedior NV. In 2002, he was promoted to Chief Operating Officer of Vedior North America. The following year, he was named Chief Executive Officer. Greg was appointed to the Board of Management of Vedior NV in 2007. He joined the Executive Board of Randstad Holding NV as part of its acquisition of Vedior in 2008.
Greg continued in his role as CEO of the North American business and spearheaded the successful acquisition of SFN group, which combined with the Randstad business, became the third-largest employment services company in North America with annual revenues of more than $4 billion.
After transitioning out of Randstad in 2012, Greg has since worked as an independent advisor and board member. He received his BA in Economics with a minor in Math from Bowdoin College.
