As Chief Executive Officer since 2000, EmployBridge Co-Founder Tom Bickes has led the company through a sustained period of robust growth. During his tenure as CEO, the company has become the largest industrial staffing provider in the U.S., with annual revenue growing from $250 million to more than $3 billion.

Under Tom’s leadership, EmployBridge has flourished by going to market on the strength of branded specialty divisions serving distinct supply chain sectors, from manufacturing to logistics to transportation and more. From the start, he has nurtured a positive, open and collaborative culture that inspires employees to do great work. And Tom has an infectious passion for helping people find employment.

In 2017, Tom led EmployBridge to create the Better WorkLife Academy, which provides free online classes to contingent workers. To date, more than 20,000 temporary associates have enrolled, gaining new skills and incremental earning potential while helping close the skills gap in America’s supply chain.

Early in his career, Tom spent 10 years with Norrell Services, an international staffing and outsourcing services company, serving as Corporate Credit Manager as well as Area, Regional and Divisional Vice President.

After Norrell, Tom joined Staffing Resources, where he was Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer and later CEO of Staffing Resources / Career Blazers. In 2000, he led the management acquisition of 141 locations of Career Blazers Commercial Staffing, the organization that would form the foundation of EmployBridge.

Tom graduated from the University of Georgia with a B.S. in Business Administration.
