Position: Medical Customer Service Representative

Pay: $16-$18/hr DOE (Depending on experience) 

Benefits: Dental, Medical, Vision, Full-Time Hours

Shift: Must be available to accept any shift between 8am-8pm

On-Site: Required (Must be willing to work on-site in Irving) 

 

Job Details:

Answer inbound calls responding to general questions and concerns. Provide positive and friendly customer service. Speak to patients and healthcare providers. No Collections or Sales involved! Data Entry.

Job Requirements:

***MUST BE WILLING TO WORK ON-SITE IN IRVING*** Must live within commuting distance of Irving, TX 1 year of call center experience required. Positive and friendly personality. Onsite Call Center Environment. Great communication skills and the ability to work in a team-focused environment.
