Position: Medical Benefits Representative
Pay: $17/hr. Weekly Pay   
Schedule: 7am-8pm CST. M-F (8hr Shift + OT When needed).

Job Details:

Handle inbound and outbound calls pertaining to the patient

Perform Medical Benefit investigations to determine eligibility.

Medical insurance verifications & prior authorization follow-ups.

Submit claims on behalf of the patient   **This position is open to candidates who live in the state of GA, FL, UT, AZ or TX ONLY**

Job Requirements:

Must live in Irving, TX and OR surrounding cities in TX  Must have at least one year of call center experience 1 year of previous experience in the related field is mandatory  Medical benefits experience a plus  Positive and friendly personality Great communication skills and the ability to work in a team-focused environment
