As Chief Sales Officer, Mark Neas along with his veteran team of workforce professionals, leverages our company’s expertise, implements our innovative best practices, and oversees the proven operating procedures within each of our specialty divisions. Mark’s overall goal is to increase market share, sustain industry-leading growth, and deliver a differentiated customer experience.
There are three operating units under Mark’s sales direction. The Value in Partnering (VIP) on-site team delivers measurable service and performance improvements for large users. For multisite customers, the National Partnership Group designs customized service standards to meet an organization’s specific needs while constantly tracking performance. The Sales Force Effectiveness team is dedicated to working closely with our field organization to enhance sales and customer engagement.
Mark also serves on EmployBridge’s Leadership Council, which focuses on identifying market opportunities, planning capital expenditure and ensuring that organizational goals are consistently being met in an effective and efficient manner.
Along with his passion for delivering a safe, productive and high-performing workforce, Mark brings extensive experience in enterprise sales and operational leadership to EmployBridge.
His background includes over 14 years at Honeywell where he held many senior leadership roles in both sales and operations, and seven years at Brand Energy & Infrastructure Services in senior executive-level operations roles, including business unit leader.
Prior to joining EmployBridge, Mark spent two years as CEO of a private equity-backed industrial services company located in Houston, Texas. Mark holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Texas Tech.
