Chief Administrative Officer
As Chief Administrative Officer, Paul Galleberg leads EmployBridge’s administrative functions with an ongoing commitment to decisiveness, transparency, collaboration and accountability. He also oversees the company’s franchise and energy divisions, which continue to outpace the industry in both revenue and EBITDA growth.
As a member of the company’s leadership council, and with more than 30 years of entrepreneurial management experience, Paul spearheads EmployBridge’s growth efforts related to mergers, acquisitions and strategic alliances. His oversight responsibilities cover all legal matters, including contracts, corporate governance, intellectual property, litigation and corporate compliance, as well as human resources and information technology.
As head of mergers and acquisitions, Paul is responsible for driving EmployBridge’s strategic efforts to invest in or acquire high-performing businesses that share the company’s values, business goals and specialty focus. In late 2018, he quarterbacked EmployBridge’s successful acquisition of Road Dog Drivers, which will strengthen the scale and reach of ProDrivers in key growth markets.
Prior to joining EmployBridge in 2014, Paul headed US Airways’ legal affairs department, where he played an important role in completing the merger of US Airways and American Airlines.
After graduating from Harvard Law School, Paul joined Latham & Watkins in Los Angeles. In 2000, he joined Infonet Services Corporation, a data network company later acquired by British Telecom. Later, he served in executive leadership roles with growth companies in professional services, telecommunications, technology, investment management and aviation.
Paul is a graduate of the University of Michigan and Harvard Law School.
