Paul Seymour

President, Supply Chain

As President of EmployBridge’s Commercial Division, Paul Seymour leads an accomplished senior leadership team responsible for driving growth, retention, profitability and loyalty by providing end-to-end workforce solutions and building strong relationships with customers across the logistics, manufacturing, industrial and transportation sectors.

An 18-year company veteran, Paul also serves on EmployBridge’s Leadership Council, which focuses on identifying strategic priorities, capital planning and performance management.

In addition, Paul champions field and branch implementation of initiatives contributing to EmployBridge’s industry-leading Net Promoter Scores for both talent and clients. In particular, Paul is a passionate advocate for the company’s Better WorkLife Academy. The initiative is an innovative work-based learning program designed to upskill the capabilities of temporary and contract employees while reducing the skills gap in America’s supply chain workforce.

Paul brings a wide breadth of leadership experience to his work, along with a proven track record of realizing the growth potential of EmployBridge’s branded specialty divisions while delivering enhanced value to more than 13,000 customers and 400,000 temporary associates served on an annual basis.

Prior to rejoining EmployBridge in 2018, Paul was CEO of Global Employment Solutions, one of the leading workforce solutions firms in the IT sector.

Paul first joined EmployBridge in 2000 and served in a variety of leadership roles including Southern Region Vice President, Vice President of EmployBridge Business Development and Western Region President. Earlier in his staffing career, Paul spent eight years at Norrell Services, where his positions included Mountain Region Vice President, Vice President of Marketing and Training Development and Corporate Vice President of Human Resources.

Before moving to the staffing industry, Paul spent 10 years in medical manufacturing with Baxter Healthcare and St. Jude Medical. He earned his B.S. in Business Administration at Colorado State University.
