We’re seeing more texts and emails with fraudulent job offers and requests for personal information. These emails and texts often look and sound legitimate. To help you keep your personal information safe, we’ve created a list of things you can do to avoid recruitment and hiring scams.

What You Need to Know

  • Scammers may use fake email addresses or social media profiles that look like ours. Check for misspellings, extra characters, and any URLs that end in something other than .com.
  • They may offer jobs that don’t exist or promise unrealistic compensation.
  • They may request sensitive information such as your Social Security number or bank information.
  • They may ask for payment for training, equipment, or application processing.

We Will Never:

  • Ask for payment at any stage of the hiring process.
  • Ask you to move discussions about a job opportunity to platforms such as WhatsApp or Telegram.
  • Use personal email accounts to communicate about job opportunities.
  • Pressure you to make a quick decision or share private information.

How to Verify a Recruiter is Legitimate

All official communication from us will come from an email ending in one of these domains, depending on the brand you’re a candidate to work for:

  • NAME@bluecrewjobs.com
  • NAME@deccaconsulting.com
  • NAME@employbridge.com
  • NAME@hiredynamics.com
  • NAME@prodrivers.com
  • NAME@prologistix.com
  • NAME@remx.com
  • NAME@resourcemfg.com
  • NAME@remedystaff.com
  • NAME@select.com
  • NAME@westaff.com

If you get an email you aren’t expecting, examine the email address carefully. For example, we’ve heard of people getting emails from @hireedynamics.com from someone pretending to be a recruiter. Did you notice the extra “e”?
