Now Hiring: 1st & 3rd Shift Team Leads – Automotive Manufacturing | Greer, SC
Prologistix is seeking motivated and energetic Team Leads for a well-established automotive manufacturer located in Greer, SC. If you're passionate about people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy being on the floor supporting your team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Shift & Pay Details:
- 3rd Shift: Monday – Friday | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Flexibility to work Sunday – Thursday as needed) | $20/hour
Location: On-site at client facility in Greer, SC
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, phone calls, and general inquiries.
- Spend 80% of your time on the production floor to support shift transitions, engage with associates, and drive productivity.
- Address performance and attendance challenges professionally and promptly.
- Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions: 1st/3rd day, 1st week, 30/60/90-day reviews, and exit interviews.
- Assist candidates through the full application process and ensure completion.
- Coordinate onboarding: prepare badges, confirm arrivals, and conduct orientation.
- Enforce PPE compliance and ensure accurate timeclock setup for all new associates.
- Maintain accurate associate records including start dates, assignments, and payroll details.
- Track and report daily headcounts, manage call-outs and NCNS (No Call No Shows).
- Monitor open orders for accuracy and ensure safety/ABC review requirements are met.
- Resolve daily associate issues and maintain strong, professional relationships with both clients and team members.
- Attend client and supervisor meetings as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience & Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1 year in staffing, HR, or administrative support preferred.
- Familiarity with timekeeping and onboarding systems is a plus.
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong communication skills — written and verbal.
- Excellent organization, multitasking, and time management.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and workforce systems (e.g., ADP, CRM, HRIS).
- Confident decision-maker who handles issues with professionalism.
- Proactive and approachable — able to connect with associates and clients alike.

You can view your paystub through www.cardholder.comdata.com, through the Employbridge mobile app, or by signing up to automatically receive your paystub summary information by email or text message each pay day.
