We offer benefits for purchase which include American Worker medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D, short-term disability, accident and critical illness/hospital insurance. You will have access to our Employee Assistance Program at no cost. You may also make contributions to an Individual Retirement Account (IRA). If you apply through the Bluecrew platform, you may be eligible for additional benefits, including On Demand Pay and our Bluecrew Rewards program.

You can enroll in American Worker benefits at onboarding or up to 30 days following your first paycheck. You are immediately eligible for the Employee Assistance Program and can begin Individual Retirement Account (IRA) contributions. If you average 30 or more hours during your first several weeks, you'll be offered a comprehensive medical benefits plan to start on the 1st of the month following 60 days from your hire date.
