ProLogistix is currently hiring a Front Desk Coordinator for a day shift job opportunity in North Charleston. This is a career opportunity supporting a busy branch office where people come in to apply and interview for jobs in the supply chain industry. You will be managing the front desk, greeting associates coming in the door, and assisting with the application completion process. There is opportunity to grow and advance with the company!
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Day Shift: Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Job Duties as a Front Desk Coordinator for ProLogistix:
- Greet walk-in candidates and serve as the first point of contact in the branch
- Receive and screen visitors and telephone calls and handle general inquiries
- Assist with the onboarding process and new-hire orientations
- Provide support to the recruiting team to ensure applicants complete all facets of the application process
- Coordinate, complete, and scan documents
- Utilize multiple systems and software programs to
- Maintain a clean, organized desk, kiosk area, and kitchen/breakroom/bathrooms

We require you to fully complete the application process, successfully pass the applicable assessments for your skill set, and provide accurate information for a reference check. You’re paid on Friday for the prior week worked. We pay using the Comdata Payroll Card. You can view your paystub through www.cardholder.comdata.com, through the Employbridge mobile app, or by signing up to automatically receive your paystub summary information by email or text message each pay day.
