Job Title: Reach Truck Operator
Location: Wyandotte
Schedule: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | Rotating Two-Week Cycle

  • Week 1: Sunday, Monday, Thursday

  • Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday
    Job Type: Full-Time | Overnight Shift

Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our overnight warehouse team. This role requires experience operating powered industrial trucks within a production environment and a strong attention to detail when handling labeling and scanning tasks. If you have experience with handheld scanners and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to move, stack, or transport product and materials

  • Accurately label items and scan inventory using a handheld scanner

  • Load and unload trailers efficiently and safely

  • Perform inbound receiving processes

  • Follow the 7S program and maintain a clean, organized workspace

  • Exhibit a strong commitment to process excellence and quality standards

  • Understand and follow established supply chain procedures and quality policies

Minimum Requirements:

  • 1 year of reach truck experience

  • Certification and training in safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks

  • Experience using handheld scanners and labeling systems

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and overtime as needed

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs., and occasionally more than 75 lbs.

  • Comfortable with repetitive motion: bending, stooping, squatting, twisting, pushing, and pulling

  • Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods

  • Manual dexterity for handling tools, scanners, and equipment

  • Willingness to work in temperature-variable environments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team

  • Strong communication skills with both peers and leadership

  • High school diploma or equivalent

You can view your paystub through www.cardholder.comdata.com, through the Employbridge mobile app, or by signing up to automatically receive your paystub summary information by email or text message each pay day.
