Job Responsibilities:
- Reviews customer purchase orders and customer drawings to verify that we can satisfy all processing requirements.
- Reports special PO requirements to the quality department and to the lead planner
- Performs contract review and stamps accepted purchase orders accordingly.
- Creates internal work orders to flow down PO requirements.
- Stages planned work orders with their corresponding parts in various departments.
- Performs work order reviews for work orders created by other planners to detect any errors.
- Works with other planners to correct work orders errors and omissions.
- Reviews completed work orders for finished products to detect any errors or incomplete operations with special emphasis on inspection operations and to ensure that finished product has been properly inspected and released for shipment.
- Create certificates for finished customer orders and stamps certs as required.
- Works with other planners, Inspectors, and shipping/receiving department to ensure that customer orders are finished per PO requirements.
- Communicate with the lead planner to ensure that any pending orders are released to production after all issues and concerns are addressed and resolved.
- This role is responsible for providing client and external sales representatives’ pricing and inquiries.
- Establish and maintain pricing/quoting models for client offerings on company products by working cross functionally with sales, operations and the product team.
- Manage and clean up sales quotes
- Manage deadlines and progress across the team to ensure products are delivered on time
- Keep track of orders of high-volume accounts and update report and status to supervisors.
- Work as a liaison between the sales team and the supply chain
- Other duties may be assigned

You’re paid on Friday for the prior week worked. We pay using the Comdata Payroll Card. You can view your paystub through www.cardholder.comdata.com, through the Employbridge mobile app, or by signing up to automatically receive your paystub summary information by email or text message each pay day.
