Job Description

Are you an organized, proactive individual with a passion for logistics and operations? We’re looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to be the heartbeat of our warehouse operations. In this role, you’ll work closely with our production and warehouse teams to ensure efficient inventory flow, timely shipments, and smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure regular attendance and dependability during scheduled shifts.
  • Coordinate and schedule movement of inventory throughout the warehouse.
  • Implement daily production and shipping schedules in alignment with operational goals.
  • Monitor and manage the daily flow of finished products.
  • Verify item availability through inventory checks and system audits.
  • File and follow up on freight claims as needed.
  • Direct forklift drivers for optimal storage and retrieval of products.
  • Manually repack or restack pallets when necessary.
  • Operate forklift trucks safely and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and reports related to warehouse activity.
  • Serve as the daily production scheduler to keep operations on track.
  • Create and ship transfer orders using internal systems.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager or Supervisors.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with inventory codes and warehouse terminology (or willingness to learn).
  • Deep understanding of warehouse policies and best practices.
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and decision-making ability.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate across departments.
  • Working knowledge of machinery and warehouse equipment.
  • Self-starter with great time management and multitasking ability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience with AX (Microsoft Dynamics AX) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Solid reading, writing, and basic math skills.
  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of forklift experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working in warm environments.
  • Adequate vision and hearing capabilities to perform job duties safely and effectively.

To set up direct deposit, log in to the cardholder website at www.cardholder.comdata.com. Enter your username, password, and click the log in button. Hover over the Banking option and click on Direct Deposit. Follow the prompt Steps to Transfer Money From Your Comdata Payroll Card to Your Bank Account.

You can view your paystub through www.cardholder.comdata.com, through the Employbridge mobile app, or by signing up to automatically receive your paystub summary information by email or text message each pay day.
