The Shipment Coordinator responsibilities include:
- Impeccable customer service
- Coordination of all aspects of a fast paced dock with a heavy shipping schedule with full truckload, LTL orders and schedule pickups
- Oversee all outbound packages for transportation and ensure all items are inspected, shipped and processed on time
- Monitors outgoing shipping activities and verify items are going to the correct location
- Review sales orders, process order changes, manage returns, print labels, scheduling and supporting shipping docs
- Manage shipping orders and invoices by reviewing shipping notices, orders, invoices and documents that the correct shipping methods like TL, LTL, Parcel, Air and Ocean are documented and accurately stored in the database
- Provide reports and metrics to support shipping management
- Other related shipping support task as assigned

Qualifications:
- 2 or more years or more of recent freight shipment coordination, Managing heavy shipping schedules
- Intermediate to advanced in MS Excel for scheduling, tracking and reporting
- Direct shipping day to day experience performing routing, processing, and closing sales orders after pickup of shipments
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Spanish is a BIG PLUS!
- User knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS) and Enterprise Resource planning (ERP) systems
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to transportation and logistic operations
- Resume required with matching qualifications to begin multi stage interview process

We require you to fully complete the application process, successfully pass the applicable assessments for your skill set, and provide accurate information for a reference check. You’re paid on Friday for the prior week worked. We pay using the Comdata Payroll Card. You can view your paystub through www.cardholder.comdata.com, through the Employbridge mobile app, or by signing up to automatically receive your paystub summary information by email or text message each pay day.
