We are seeking a motivation driven Staff Performance Coordinator to join our Bluecrew team! If you are a dynamic individual who loves working in a fast-paced environment and helping to change people’s lives, then we are the company you have been searching for! Bluecrew is an EmployBridge company.
- Act as first point of contact for vendors and client contacts for all employee issues
- Educates client on guidelines and sets expectations for the handling of any employee issues
- Ensures all employee issues are handled appropriately and in a timely fashion
- Coordinates resolution of the all workforce issues with vendors and client partners and understands risk areas for all parties
- Delivers client customized new hire orientations
- Collects and reviews all required work related onboarding documents for each employee prior to start
- Runs reports and uses data to identify workforce challenges and escalates issues to the appropriate resource (using CRM, Power BI, time/attendance software)
- Participates in client meetings about safety and operations and documents and investigates safety incidents and executes the safety observation program
- Coaches associates on attendance policies, conducts ABC performance reviews, and assigns and ends associate assignments
- Processes payroll and tracks attendance, wage, and hour compliance
- Walks candidates through tour of client facility (walking 3 to 5 miles daily)
- Participates in whiteboard meetings to understand daily order fill goals
- Conducts onboarding, I-9s, and background checks
Shifts: Flexibility in shift required this is a 24 hour 7 days a week operation (shifts vary from day, overnight, and/or weekends)
1st shift: 4:00am - 1:00pm Monday - Friday
2nd shift: 8:00pm - 6:00am Monday - Thursday
Weekend 1st: 4:00am - 4:00pm
Weekend 2nd: 4:00pm - 4:00am
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00

- Hands-on experience in a logistics or manufacturing environment
- Experience in a customer service role responsible for client communication
- Data management experience
- Familiarity with a heavy process-oriented environment
- Able to multi-task, change priorities as appropriate and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Able to understand client goals and how they measure success
- Able to work independently and with a team

You’re paid on Friday for the prior week worked. We pay using the Comdata Payroll Card. You can choose to directly deposit your pay through an automatic transfer with the card or use the card as an ATM/debit card or point-of-sale credit card. Certain rules apply. If you apply through the Bluecrew app, you have the option to receive a check by mail or direct deposit to your checking account. Bluecrew pays weekly and offers a benefit called On Demand Pay, which allows you to access your weekly earnings days before payday.
Your payroll funds can be directly deposited to the bank account of your choice through our Comdata Payroll Card program. To set up direct deposit, log in to the cardholder website at www.cardholder.comdata.com. Enter your username, password, and click the log in button. Hover over the Banking option and click on Direct Deposit. Follow the prompt Steps to Transfer Money From Your Comdata Payroll Card to Your Bank Account.
You can view your paystub through www.cardholder.comdata.com, through the Employbridge mobile app, or by signing up to automatically receive your paystub summary information by email or text message each pay day.
