Warehouse Service Associate – Outbound

Multiple Shifts:

  • 1st Shift - $16.00/hour M-F 6am-2:30pm (Overtime on Saturday's)
  • 2nd Shift - $18.00/hour M-F 2pm-10:30pm (Overtime on Saturday's)
  • 3rd Shift - $19.00/hour Sun-Thurs 10pm-6:30am (Overtime on Friday's)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Follow warehouse policies and procedures
  • Pack boxes using specific packing materials
  • Meet accuracy standards with high attention to detail
  • Consistently meet high productivity standards
  • Work in a team environment
  • Warehouse environment may be cold or hot
  • Performs outbound functions such as picking orders for truck shipment, picking orders for parcel shipment, replenishments, full pallet picking, loading, and NetShelter picking
  • Utilize various warehouse equipment machines to perform job duties: order picker and high reach truck
  • Utilize RF scanner system to scan products and complete orders 
  • Work within the constructs of customer specialization in orders
  • Participate in continuous training and learning efforts related to processes and safety
  • Perform daily inspection on equipment through physical examination pre-checks
  • Prepare products for shipment by verifying product code, quantity, and quality of items
  • Checks orders for accuracy as the picking process takes place 
  • Responsibly report all safety incidents or concerns
  • Work assigned overtime as business needs require

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 months recent order picking or warehouse experience a plus
  • Able to work 8, 10 or 12 hour shifts
  • Able to move boxes, totes and products and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Able to stand up and bend for entire shift
  • Able to count accurately
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience using RF scanners, warehouse computers
  • Able to follow written and verbal work instructions
  • Warehouse experience, including materials handling or distribution center operations 
  • Ability to operate a forklift and other heavy equipment 
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to forklift operation 
  • Experience with order picking and shipping & receiving processes 
  • Strong attention to detail skills required
  • Ability to identifylocate, and move products which requires the ability to read, count, and perform basic math functions.  
  • A person who is safety minded, team oriented, and has a great attitude.

You’re paid on Friday for the prior week worked. We pay using the Comdata Payroll Card. To set up direct deposit, log in to the cardholder website at www.cardholder.comdata.com. Enter your username, password, and click the log in button. Hover over the Banking option and click on Direct Deposit. Follow the prompt Steps to Transfer Money From Your Comdata Payroll Card to Your Bank Account.

You can view your paystub through www.cardholder.comdata.com, through the Employbridge mobile app, or by signing up to automatically receive your paystub summary information by email or text message each pay day.
