Position Details

  • Role: Remote Medical Call Center Representative

  • Pay: $16/hr. + Weekly Pay + Benefits

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7am–8pm CST (must be available for any 8-hour shift assigned within these hours)

  • Start Date: September

  • Equipment: Provided by the company

Important: Candidates must live in Irving, TX or surrounding areas and be available to pick up company-issued equipment in person before starting. This is a firm requirement with no exceptions.


What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound calls and place outbound calls as needed

  • Assist patients with account updates and medication coverage

  • Enter and update patient data accurately and efficiently

  • Ensure compliance with federal healthcare guidelines

  • Work with insurance carriers to verify coverage

  • Provide excellent customer service with professionalism and empathy

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of recent call center experience (required)

  • Ability to pick up equipment in Irving, TX

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

  • Private, distraction-free workspace at home

  • Reliable high-speed wired internet connection (hotspots not accepted)

  • Basic troubleshooting skills for remote technical issues

  • Dependability and ability to meet performance metrics

  • High school diploma or equivalent

You can view your paystub through www.cardholder.comdata.com, through the Employbridge mobile app, or by signing up to automatically receive your paystub summary information by email or text message each pay day.
