Job Description

Job Title: Mechanical Assembler

Location: Brooklyn Park, MN

Pay Range: $23–$26 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–3:30 PM; Friday, 6:00 AM–10:00 AM

 

Job Purpose

The Mechanical Assembler plays a key role in building and testing air filtration units with a strong focus on quality, precision, and efficiency. This role requires prior assembly experience and provides an excellent opportunity to further develop technical skills in a supportive, team-based environment.

Essential Functions

  • Safety – Follow all safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Production Operations – Independently set up and run assembly jobs, follow detailed work instructions, and test completed assemblies.
  • Continuous Improvement – Actively participate in initiatives to reduce waste and improve processes.
  • Computer Skills – Accurately clock in/out of jobs, assign serial numbers, and print labels using the ERP system.
  • Best Practices – Adhere to policies, procedures, and established best practices.
  • Additional Duties – Perform other related tasks to support production operations.

 

Qualifications

  • Prior assembly experience required.
  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and follow detailed instructions, work independently, and collaborate in a team environment.
  • Basic computer skills for ERP system entries.

Your payroll funds can be directly deposited to the bank account of your choice through our Comdata Payroll Card program. To set up direct deposit, log in to the cardholder website at www.cardholder.comdata.com. Enter your username, password, and click the log in button. Hover over the Banking option and click on Direct Deposit. Follow the prompt Steps to Transfer Money From Your Comdata Payroll Card to Your Bank Account.

You can view your paystub through www.cardholder.comdata.com, through the Employbridge mobile app, or by signing up to automatically receive your paystub summary information by email or text message each pay day.
