We’re currently adding a Field Sales Representative to support and grow our customer base in the Asheville, NC area.

The Opportunity

This is a high‑impact, customer‑facing sales role for someone who enjoys being out in the field, building relationships, and delivering tailored solutions. You’ll spend roughly two‑thirds of your time meeting customers onsite, estimating projects, and solving real‑world challenges—supported by a collaborative internal team.

If you’re motivated by autonomy, uncapped earning potential, and helping customers find the right solution, this role offers all three.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct on‑site job estimates for service, remodel, and new installation projects
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships in person and by phone
  • Confirm materials, measurements, and specifications to ensure accurate orders
  • Identify opportunities to recommend upgrades, features, and accessories
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and professional representative of the company
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth experience from estimate to fulfillment

What Success Looks Like

  • Customers see you as their go‑to expert
  • Estimates are accurate, timely, and value‑driven
  • Opportunities are proactively identified—not just reacted to
  • Projects move seamlessly from sale to execution

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in sales or customer‑facing roles, ideally with field exposure
  • Strong ability to build relationships and earn trust
  • Comfortable discussing technical or mechanical products
  • Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and face‑to‑face
  • Organized, self‑motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Professional, ethical, and customer‑first in every interaction

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
  • 5+ years of experience in inside sales and/or customer service
  • 1+ year of B2B sales experience
  • Familiarity with overhead doors, construction, installation, or service environments is a plus
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to travel routinely within the Asheville area

Compensation & Benefits

  • $55,000–$75,000 base salary, depending on experience
  • Commission opportunity with strong earning potential (up to $125K total)
  • Car allowance + gas card
  • Opportunity for growth with a global, well‑respected organization

Why Join Us

  • Established company with strong brand recognition and stability
  • Field autonomy backed by internal support and resources
  • Solution‑driven culture focused on long‑term customer value
  • Competitive compensation with meaningful commission upside
