Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Electrical Maintenance Technician to support electronic and electrical systems and equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing plant environment. This role is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical infrastructure to ensure optimal production uptime and compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and electronic issues on production machinery, mainly CNC machines.
- Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on electrical components and systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and production teams to support equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Assist in the installation and electrical hook up of new and existing equipment machinery and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities.
- Responsible for Quality, Health, Safety and Environment relating to yourself and your job.

Qualifications
- At least 2 years' recent experience working in machining or milling manufacturing environments
- Valid Journeyman's Electrician license
- Proficient in troubleshooting PLCs, motor controls, and automation systems.
- Strong understanding of electrical safety practices and lockout/tagout procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read blueprints and knowledge of layout of plant
- Ability to identify colors, Color Visual Acuity or CVA
- Ability to pass on-site Forklift certification
- Lifting up to 50lbs, standing, walking, grasping, crouching, stooping, kneeling, reaching, pushing climbing and crawling are physical requirement for the Electrical Maintenance Tech role.
