Recruiter/Strategic Account Coordinator

West Valley City, UT & West Jordan, UT Manufacturing / Light Industrial Environment Pay: $23–$25/hr | Split Shift 8:00 AM & 4:00 PM

Position Summary

The Strategic Accounts Coordinator / Recruiter is responsible for the overall success of assigned client staffing programs while leading high-volume recruiting and day-to-day workforce operations. This role partners closely with client leadership, manages associate relations, and ensures staffing goals, service levels, and compliance standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build consultative relationships with client leadership to understand workforce needs and business goals.
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to meet fill rate, time-to-fill, and on-time start targets.
  • Source, screen, interview, and place candidates in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • Manage the associate lifecycle including onboarding, orientations, coaching, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for client, associate, and operational concerns.
  • Monitor staffing levels, workforce performance, and KPIs using ATS, CRM, and reporting tools.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, HR, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of staffing, recruiting, or workforce management experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution settings preferred.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a process-driven environment.
  • Comfortable using technology platforms to drive staffing and operational decisions.

Work Environment

  • Office and on-site industrial setting.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods; occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.

You can view your paystub through www.cardholder.comdata.com, through the Employbridge mobile app, or by signing up to automatically receive your paystub summary information by email or text message each pay day.
