Directs, leads and monitors production line staff to ensure quality of product meets expectations. - Communicates constantly with packaging operators regarding work orders requirements, operational issues, and productivity. - Oversees all changeovers to ensure they are performed in a safe and efficient manner. -Ensures all productivity of the label machine and changes out labels as needed. - Identifies operational concerns and communicates with production supervisor and maintenance technicians. - Continuously checks product to ensure specified requirements are met and pulls damaged product from the line. - Completes production kits and required paperwork in a timely manner. - Analyzes and resolves production line issues, or assists line workers in solving issues. - Communicates with forklift operator regarding replenishment needs. - Ensures a clean and safe work environment. Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Prior experience working on a product line in a fast-paced environment. - Good leadership skills and ability to prioritize projects. - Attention to detail and quality control. - Ability to understand, enforce and follow company policies and procedures. - Ability to stand for intended periods of time. - Good prior attendance and punctuality record.

You’re paid on Friday for the prior week worked. We pay using the Comdata Payroll Card. You can choose to directly deposit your pay through an automatic transfer with the card or use the card as an ATM/debit card or point-of-sale credit card. Certain rules apply. To set up direct deposit, log in to the cardholder website at www.cardholder.comdata.com. Enter your username, password, and click the log in button. Hover over the Banking option and click on Direct Deposit. Follow the prompt Steps to Transfer Money From Your Comdata Payroll Card to Your Bank Account.
You can view your paystub through www.cardholder.comdata.com, through the Employbridge mobile app, or by signing up to automatically receive your paystub summary information by email or text message each pay day.
