Job Description

Swing-Reach / Turret Forklift Operator

*MUST have minimum 3-months of recent experience

Location: Monee, IL
Schedule: 2nd shift, Monday-Friday 3PM-11:30PM
Pay Rate: $21.50/hr 

We are seeking an experienced Swing-Reach / Turret Forklift Operator to support operations in a narrow-aisle, high-rack warehouse environment. This role is critical to maintaining efficient inventory flow, accurate order fulfillment, and safe warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is safety-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working at heights.


Essential Job Duties

  • Safely operate swing-reach / turret forklift equipment in accordance with all safety standards

  • Pick, pack, scan, and prepare orders with a high level of accuracy

  • Pick, stage, and put away product in designated rack locations

  • Load and unload trailers; organize inbound and outbound freight

  • Use RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to ensure inventory accuracy

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

  • Follow OSHA guidelines, company safety policies, and standard operating procedures

  • Assist with cycle counts and general warehouse/material-handling tasks as needed


Required Qualifications

  • Prior hands-on Swing-Reach/Turret forklift experience (required)

  • Ability to work at heights and in narrow aisles

  • Basic experience with RF scanners or warehouse systems

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods

  • Reliable attendance and strong commitment to safety

  • Previous experience in a distribution center or fast-paced, high-volume warehouse

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Operar montacargas swing-reach / turret de manera segura y conforme a las normas de seguridad

  • Recoger, empacar, escanear y preparar pedidos con precisión

  • Surtir, acomodar y almacenar producto en ubicaciones designadas

  • Cargar y descargar remolques; organizar mercancía de entrada y salida

  • Utilizar escáneres RF o sistemas de gestión de almacén (WMS) para confirmar inventario

  • Mantener el área de trabajo limpia, organizada y segura

  • Cumplir con las normas de OSHA, políticas de seguridad de la empresa y procedimientos operativos

Requisitos
