Hiring Warehouse Associate - Retail & E-Commerce 1st Shift

Scheduled: 1st Shift Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

 

Pay rate: $15.00 per hour

Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. This role is essential to ensuring that retail and e‑commerce orders are accurately picked, packed, labeled, and shipped on time. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and thrives in a fast‑paced warehouse environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare retail and e‑commerce orders for shipment
  • Verify order accuracy and inspect products for quality prior to packing
  • Label packages and ensure all required shipping documentation is included
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and general warehouse tasks as needed
  • Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals

Basic Qualifications

  • Willingness to work a flexible shift
  • Willing and able to stand for at least 8 hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Willing and able to perform physical tasks including pushing, pulling, grasping, and lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Willing and able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Basic computer skills, including the ability to use scanning devices and warehouse systems
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40–50 lbs as required

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED, plus at least 2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center
  • At least 6 months of experience using radio frequency (RF) scanning equipment
  • At least 6 months of experience entering and retrieving data within an inventory management system
  • Prior warehouse or scanning experience preferred, but not required
