Labeling & Graphics Coordinator
Reporting to: Creative Director
Pay Range: $26.00 – $30.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Onsite | Monday–Friday | Flexible start times: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
The Labeling & Graphics Coordinator supports a fast-paced design team and is responsible for managing packaging and labeling projects from launch through print. This role works cross-functionally with internal departments and external vendors to ensure accuracy, compliance, and on-time execution of multiple projects at various stages.
Position Responsibilities
- Serve as liaison between the Graphics Department, internal teams, and external vendors regarding project status, assets, deadlines, and technical specifications
- Manage packaging and labeling projects from launch through print production
- Proofread and ensure accuracy of all marketing and labeling content, including spelling, grammar, punctuation, consistency, die lines, color, layout, design, and print quality
- Ensure accuracy of UPC barcodes and item numbers
- Participate in packaging and labeling development, including light graphic design support
- Route print proofs and ensure timely approvals
- Support label revisions during product launches
- Review packaging layouts from Private Label designers via online portals and communicate required revisions
- Maintain, organize, and archive project files in accordance with internal retention standards
- Participate in mock presentations by gathering samples and preparing materials
- Identify and escalate potential quality concerns related to packaging materials or methods
- Photograph and document individual packaging steps as needed
- Work cross-functionally to ensure marketing and literature materials meet brand and print standards
- Monitor cross-functional projects to ensure timelines and approvals are met
- Ensure all company brand, compliance, regulatory, and quality standards are upheld
- Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
- Comply with applicable safety, quality, regulatory, and environmental regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned

Position Requirements
- Education & Experience
- High school diploma or state-issued equivalency certificate plus four (4) years of product labeling and/or graphic design experience
OR - Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Design, or Marketing
- High school diploma or state-issued equivalency certificate plus four (4) years of product labeling and/or graphic design experience
- Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Experience working in a macOS (Apple) environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, MS Project, or similar
- Preferred Qualifications
- Print production experience is a plus, including knowledge of pre-press, die lines, color management, typography, and print specifications
- Consumer products industry experience is a plus
- Packaging design experience in the food or cosmetics industry
- Knowledge of FDA labeling regulations
