Inventory Control Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, track, and maintain accurate inventory levels using inventory management systems or ERP software.
  • Perform regular cycle counts, stock audits, and reconciliation to identify and correct discrepancies.
  • Receive, label, and properly store incoming materials with complete documentation and traceability.
  • Pull, issue, and return materials for production while keeping records accurate and up to date.
  • Organize and maintain the stockroom/ warehouse to ensure efficient material flow and accessibility.
  • Update inventory databases with adjustments, transfers, and usage information.
  • Coordinate with purchasing, production, and shipping teams to support material availability.
  • Investigate inventory variances, damaged materials, or missing items and report findings to management.
  • Prepare and package materials for distribution.
  • Assist with inventory forecasting, reorder points, and stock replenishment.
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

To set up direct deposit, log in to the cardholder website at www.cardholder.comdata.com. Enter your username, password, and click the log in button. Hover over the Banking option and click on Direct Deposit. Follow the prompt Steps to Transfer Money From Your Comdata Payroll Card to Your Bank Account.

You can view your paystub through www.cardholder.comdata.com, through the Employbridge mobile app, or by signing up to automatically receive your paystub summary information by email or text message each pay day.
