What You’ll Be Doing

Firearm Accessories Production essential duties include but are not limited to:

  • Production with manual hand movements, small hand tools, and pneumatic tools
  • Gripping, grasping, and twisting with repetitive movements
  • Assemble and manufacture Firearm accessories based on schematics and training
  • Packaging finished product after assembly
  • Working efficiently in a fast‑paced, team‑driven setting
  • Maintaining accuracy and attention to detail throughout each shift

Picking /Packing essential duties include but are not limited to:

  • Picking/pulling orders accurately for customer orders. 
  • Able to work independently and with speed and accuracy. 
  • Attention to detail a must. 
  • Ability to follow instructions and be a quick learner.
  • Great attitude and flexibility for change is needed in the perfect candidate. 
  • Great attendance and willing to learn new things is required.

Warehouse 1st Shift Job Requirements:

  • Use of pneumatic hand tools
  • Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Must be a fast learner
  • Great attention to detail
  • Ability to assemble with speed and accuracy
  • Stand and/or sit for 8-10 hours
  • Good attendance and punctuality
  • A great attitude and flexibility are a must
  • Must be 18+ 
  • Must have reliable transportation

You’re paid on Friday for the prior week worked. We pay using the Comdata Payroll Card. Bluecrew pays weekly and offers a benefit called On Demand Pay, which allows you to access your weekly earnings days before payday.

Your payroll funds can be directly deposited to the bank account of your choice through our Comdata Payroll Card program. To set up direct deposit, log in to the cardholder website at www.cardholder.comdata.com. Enter your username, password, and click the log in button. Hover over the Banking option and click on Direct Deposit. Follow the prompt Steps to Transfer Money From Your Comdata Payroll Card to Your Bank Account.

You can view your paystub through www.cardholder.comdata.com, through the Employbridge mobile app, or by signing up to automatically receive your paystub summary information by email or text message each pay day.
