Job Description

Prologistix is hiring a Line Lead in McDonough, GA.

Shift is Monday - Friday 2:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.

Pay is $17/hr.

 

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead and coordinate daily activities of production line employees to meet safety, quality, and productivity targets.
  • Assign tasks, balance workloads, and ensure proper staffing throughout the shift.
  • Monitor production output, downtime, and scrap; take corrective action when performance falls below expectations.
  • Ensure adherence to all safety policies, procedures, and OSHA requirements; promote a strong safety culture.
  • Verify that products meet quality standards and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Provide on-the-job training and coaching to new and existing employees.
  • Communicate production goals, expectations, and updates clearly to the team.
  • Escalate equipment issues, quality concerns, and staffing challenges to supervisors or maintenance as needed.
  • Complete required production documentation, reports, and shift handoffs accurately.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S, lean manufacturing, or process improvement projects.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds for extended periods.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment with exposure to noise, machinery, and varying temperatures.

Hover over the Banking option and click on Direct Deposit. Follow the prompt Steps to Transfer Money From Your Comdata Payroll Card to Your Bank Account.

You can view your paystub through www.cardholder.comdata.com, through the Employbridge mobile app, or by signing up to automatically receive your paystub summary information by email or text message each pay day.
