Job Description

 

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily operations using RF scanning technology and manual material handling equipment. This role involves order picking, inventory movement, and general warehouse upkeep in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Use RF scanner (wrist and/or handheld) to accurately pick and track inventory
  • Pick products in quantities with high accuracy
  • Operate manual pallet jacks to move materials throughout the facility
  • Transport boxes, totes, and small equipment by hand, cart, or pallet jack
  • Stack, organize, and secure loads to ensure safe handling and transport
  • Utilize tie-downs or straps to stabilize items during movement
  • Complete required documentation (e.g., audits, inventory forms) as directed
  • Perform moderate warehouse cleaning (interior and exterior areas)
  • Put away returns from coffee houses back into inventory locations
  • Flex into different tasks as needed (no motorized equipment use)

Work Schedule

  • Thursday through Monday
  • 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM

Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred
  • Experience using RF scanners strongly preferred
  • Ability to operate manual pallet jacks safely
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to follow directions and complete documentation
  • Team player with a flexible, “go where needed” attitude

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift, carry, and move boxes and materials regularly
  • Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
  • Ability to handle moderate physical workload in a warehouse setting

You can view your paystub through www.cardholder.comdata.com, through the Employbridge mobile app, or by signing up to automatically receive your paystub summary information by email or text message each pay day.
