Human Resources Generalist
Salary: $60,000-$69,000 annually
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Location: Onsite
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a knowledgeable and adaptable Human Resources Generalist to serve as the primary HR resource for employees and support the day-to-day needs of a growing organization. This position is best suited for an HR professional with at least three years of experience who thrives in a small business environment and enjoys taking ownership of a broad range of responsibilities.
The HR Generalist will oversee key functions across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, open enrollment, compliance, policy administration, payroll support, and offboarding. This role will also maintain employee records, support training initiatives, assist with HR reporting, and help ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Beyond traditional HR responsibilities, this position will provide front desk support and collaborate closely with all departments to support business operations. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities while building positive relationships throughout the organization.
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of Human Resources experience
- Experience with recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
- Fine finger dexterity for administrative and computer-based tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed

We require you to fully complete the application process, successfully pass the applicable assessments for your skill set, and provide accurate information for a reference check. You’re paid on Friday for the prior week worked. We pay using the Comdata Payroll Card. You can choose to directly deposit your pay through an automatic transfer with the card or use the card as an ATM/debit card or point-of-sale credit card. Certain rules apply. If you apply through the Bluecrew app, you have the option to receive a check by mail or direct deposit to your checking account. To set up direct deposit, log in to the cardholder website at www.cardholder.comdata.com. Enter your username, password, and click the log in button. Hover over the Banking option and click on Direct Deposit. Follow the prompt Steps to Transfer Money From Your Comdata Payroll Card to Your Bank Account.
You can view your paystub through www.cardholder.comdata.com, through the Employbridge mobile app, or by signing up to automatically receive your paystub summary information by email or text message each pay day.
