    • Monday–Thursday: 8:00AM–4:30PM

    • Friday: 7:30AM–4:00PM

      Job Summary

      We are seeking a reliable and detail-driven Inbound Operations Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations in a temp-to-hire role. This position plays a key part in inbound freight processing, inventory accuracy, warehouse organization, and workflow coordination across multiple departments. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of tasks from start to finish.

    • Responsibilities

      • Support inbound freight activities including receiving, staging, and documentation.

      • Maintain inventory accuracy across primary and overflow storage locations.

      • Coordinate workflow across inbound, inventory, and fulfillment teams.

      • Organize warehouse areas to ensure safe, efficient operations.

      • Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and assist with problem resolution.

      • Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing, and operations teams to meet daily objectives.

      • Lead and direct workflow activities without formal supervisory authority.

      • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements.

      • Maintain professionalism and composure during high-volume periods.

      • Provide customer‑focused support to internal departments and external partners.

       

    • Requirements

      • Minimum 3 years of warehouse and/or inventory experience required.

      • Strong troubleshooting, problem analysis, and resolution skills.

      • General experience with Microsoft Office applications.

      • High school diploma or equivalent.

    • Preferred Skills

      • Forklift experience or certification preferred.

To set up direct deposit, log in to the cardholder website at www.cardholder.comdata.com. Enter your username, password, and click the log in button. Hover over the Banking option and click on Direct Deposit. Follow the prompt Steps to Transfer Money From Your Comdata Payroll Card to Your Bank Account.

You can view your paystub through www.cardholder.comdata.com, through the Employbridge mobile app, or by signing up to automatically receive your paystub summary information by email or text message each pay day.
