- 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM
Pay Rate: $24.00+/hour, based on experience and welding skill level
Job Summary
ResourceMFG is seeking experienced Aluminum and Steel Welders to join a growing manufacturing team in the Randleman area. We are looking for skilled welders with experience in MIG and TIG welding on aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, and mild steel. Candidates must be able to produce high-quality, automotive-grade welds while following blueprints, weld symbols, and detailed work instructions.

Primary Responsibilities
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, carbon steel, and mild steel materials.
- Weld sheet metal components according to specifications and quality standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, weld symbols, and work instructions.
- Set up and adjust welding equipment based on job requirements.
- Inspect completed welds for quality, accuracy, and structural integrity.
- Grind, deburr, and finish welded components as needed.
- Prepare materials for welding by cutting, cleaning, and positioning metal parts.
- Assemble metal frames, structures, and production components.
- Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper operation.
- Follow production schedules while meeting quality and safety requirements.
- Work independently and collaboratively within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of MIG and TIG welding experience.
- Experience welding stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel.
- Ability to weld materials ranging from 20 gauge to 3/8-inch thickness.
- Strong blueprint reading and fabrication skills.
- Experience performing automotive-grade or precision welding preferred.
- Welding certification preferred.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment weld test.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds as required.
Work Environment Requirements
- Must be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment that may be dusty or dirty.
- Must wear steel-toed boots.
- Must follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.

You’re paid on Friday for the prior week worked. We pay using the Comdata Payroll Card.
