Job Description

Job Title: Production Specialist
Location: Coon Rapids, MN
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:15 AM – 3:45 PM
Pay Range: $20 – $24 per hour, based on experience


Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Production Specialist to join our team. The position combines production support responsibilities with structured training designed to prepare candidates for advancement into a technician role.


Key Responsibilities

Production Support

  • Prepare materials for production, including basic assembly, quality control, part cleaning, and maintenance.

  • Assist with inventory tasks such as pulling, restocking, and accurately labeling components.

  • Support shop operations with organization, documentation, and packaging activities.

Technical Development

  • Work alongside senior technicians to learn advanced technical processes.

  • Participate in training programs focused on tool usage, blueprint reading, technical troubleshooting, high purity testing, and quality control procedures.

  • Gradually assume additional responsibilities as skills and competencies are developed.

Administrative Duties

  • Accurately document job information using both digital systems and paper documentation.

Safety & Compliance

  • Follow all safety protocols and quality standards to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively in a team setting.

  • Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail.

  • Basic understanding of tools, parts, and technical drawings or blueprints.

  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including safely lifting up to 50 lbs.

  • Competence in both digital and manual record-keeping.

  • Demonstrated interest in technical learning and long-term career advancement in manufacturing.

You can view your paystub through www.cardholder.comdata.com, through the Employbridge mobile app, or by signing up to automatically receive your paystub summary information by email or text message each pay day.
