We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in Visalia, CA. If you have experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping and receiving, and forklift operation, this could be a great opportunity for you. We are looking for someone who enjoys staying organized, working in a fast-paced environment, and helping ensure products are accurately received, stored, and shipped.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the warehouse
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records
- Assist with pick, pack, and ship processes to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, including verifying incoming and outgoing shipments
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits
- Utilize ERP systems, such as IFS or similar software, to track inventory and warehouse transactions
- Ensure products are properly stored and organized within the warehouse
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Work closely with team members to support daily warehouse operations
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience required
- Experience operating forklifts
- Strong inventory management skills
- Knowledge of pick, pack, and ship processes
- Experience with shipping and receiving operations
- Experience working with ERP systems, preferably IFS or similar platforms
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse materials as needed

You’re paid on Friday for the prior week worked. We pay using the Comdata Payroll Card. Hover over the Banking option and click on Direct Deposit. Follow the prompt Steps to Transfer Money From Your Comdata Payroll Card to Your Bank Account.
You can view your paystub through www.cardholder.comdata.com, through the Employbridge mobile app, or by signing up to automatically receive your paystub summary information by email or text message each pay day.
