Production Associate

Now Hiring: Production Associates

Are you a dependable team player who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We are seeking motivated Production Associates to join our team and help support the assembly and production process.

Position Summary

As a Production Associate, you will work as part of a team responsible for assembling products and components while ensuring quality and efficiency standards are met. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to grow their manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

  • Rotate through various tasks within the production process.
  • Assemble products and components according to specifications.
  • Determine and follow work assignments and procedures.
  • Assist in the production of wiring assemblies.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by shoveling, sweeping, and performing general housekeeping duties.
  • Operate equipment and machinery, including forklifts and other material-handling equipment, as authorized.
  • Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Entry-level to 2 years of manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Basic knowledge of production processes, quality control, and manufacturing operations.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Forklift experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and pull throughout the shift.
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

To set up direct deposit, log in to the cardholder website at www.cardholder.comdata.com. Enter your username, password, and click the log in button. Hover over the Banking option and click on Direct Deposit. Follow the prompt Steps to Transfer Money From Your Comdata Payroll Card to Your Bank Account.

You can view your paystub through www.cardholder.comdata.com, through the Employbridge mobile app, or by signing up to automatically receive your paystub summary information by email or text message each pay day.
