Job Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Clerk, you will play a key role in supporting daily warehouse and logistics operations by:

  • Performing data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Preparing standard reports and spreadsheets
  • Collecting, organizing, recording, and filing information
  • Completing rating and billing functions
  • Providing administrative support to warehouse operations
  • Performing additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Two or more years of clerical or administrative experience
  • Logistics, transportation, or warehouse industry experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment

 

Required Skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment, including computers, printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
  • Frequent use of hands and fingers to operate computer equipment and office devices

Hover over the Banking option and click on Direct Deposit. Follow the prompt Steps to Transfer Money From Your Comdata Payroll Card to Your Bank Account.

You can view your paystub through www.cardholder.comdata.com, through the Employbridge mobile app, or by signing up to automatically receive your paystub summary information by email or text message each pay day.
