Job Summary

This position combines machine operation and forklift responsibilities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Associates will safely operate production equipment, transport raw materials and finished goods, support inventory accuracy, and maintain an organized work area while meeting production and quality standards.


Job Requirements

  • Minimum 12 months of machine operating experience
  • Previous forklift experience required
  • Ability to operate hand and power tools
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Mechanical and electrical aptitude
  • Ability to identify and troubleshoot problems
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to read a ruler and tape measure
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, bend, and reach throughout the shift
  • CNC experience a plus

Key Responsibilities

Machine Operation (50%)

  • Set up and operate manufacturing equipment
  • Follow standard work instructions and production schedules
  • Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance checks
  • Troubleshoot minor equipment issues
  • Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards
  • Complete inspections and quality documentation accurately
  • Maintain production records and reporting
  • Meet production goals and performance standards

Forklift & Material Handling (50%)

  • Safely operate forklifts to transport materials, pallets, and skids
  • Load and unload raw materials and finished products efficiently
  • Supply production lines with materials as needed
  • Perform inventory checks and support inventory accuracy
  • Maintain an organized warehouse and yard area
  • Assist customers with order pickups and loading while providing professional service
  • Perform basic equipment maintenance, including fueling and battery charging

General Responsibilities

  • Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
  • Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives

You can view your paystub through www.cardholder.comdata.com, through the Employbridge mobile app, or by signing up to automatically receive your paystub summary information by email or text message each pay day.
