Responsibilities
As a Welder, you will fabricate, assemble, and weld structural components used in industrial irrigation systems and pump stations. This role requires a strong commitment to quality, safety, and production excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Perform high-quality MIG and TIG welding on steel, aluminum, and other metals based on engineering drawings and specifications.
- Inspect and prepare materials to ensure proper alignment, structural integrity, and adherence to required tolerances.
- Evaluate welded connections for defects and quality concerns, performing troubleshooting and rework when necessary.
- Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing quality, delivery performance, and production efficiency.
- Assist with assembly line operations and participate in cross-training opportunities as directed by leadership.
- Work from blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering specifications to ensure products meet quality and performance standards.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 3+ years of professional welding experience in an industrial manufacturing or fabrication environment.
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and mechanical schematics.
- Active welding certification (AWS or equivalent).
- Knowledge of pump stations or industrial fluid-handling systems preferred.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You’re paid on Friday for the prior week worked. We pay using the Comdata Payroll Card.
