Warehouse Associate – Pick/Pack
Employbridge is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join a growing event supply company in Charlotte. This is not a traditional warehouse environment. The facility is clean, organized, professional, and team-oriented. Unlike large distribution centers, you'll be working within a small team where attention to detail, accountability, and professionalism are highly valued.

Position Overview
The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for picking, packing, organizing inventory, and preparing event supply orders for shipment. This role requires attention to detail, comfort using Apple devices, and a commitment to maintaining accuracy in all aspects of warehouse operations.
- Location: South Boulevard, Charlotte, NC (Future relocation to the NoDa area)
- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Pay: $17.00/hr
- Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
What You'll Do:
- Pick, pack, and prepare event supply orders accurately
- Use Apple devices (iPads and other Apple products) to review and process orders
- Verify order accuracy before shipment
- Organize and maintain inventory and warehouse storage areas
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and replenishing inventory
- Prepare materials for shipment and delivery
- Maintain a clean, professional, and organized workspace
- Work closely with a small team to ensure customer orders are completed on time

You’re paid on Friday for the prior week worked. We pay using the Comdata Payroll Card. If you apply through the Bluecrew app, you have the option to receive a check by mail or direct deposit to your checking account. Bluecrew pays weekly and offers a benefit called On Demand Pay, which allows you to access your weekly earnings days before payday.
Your payroll funds can be directly deposited to the bank account of your choice through our Comdata Payroll Card program. To set up direct deposit, log in to the cardholder website at www.cardholder.comdata.com. Enter your username, password, and click the log in button. Hover over the Banking option and click on Direct Deposit. Follow the prompt Steps to Transfer Money From Your Comdata Payroll Card to Your Bank Account.
You can view your paystub through www.cardholder.comdata.com, through the Employbridge mobile app, or by signing up to automatically receive your paystub summary information by email or text message each pay day.
