Employbridge is seeking a Customer Service Administrator for a family-owned foam manufacturer in Kent. The ideal candidate will focus and provide excellent quality and service throughout the manufacturing process a safe, and collaborative work environment.
Monday-Friday| 7am-3:30pm | $21-$24/hr | Long-term opportunity
*Candidates will train for the first 2 weeks from 9am-3:00pm*
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive and respectful work environment with co-workers, customers, vendors, and managers.
- Communicate effectively via phone/email with internal and external points of contact.
- Responsible for monitoring customer satisfaction levels and internal KPI requirements
- Order/Purchase Order Entry, evaluating accurate pricing, documentation, and detailed record accounts.
- Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock.
- Authorizing payments and maintaining receipts, records, and inventories
- Maintain accurate transaction records: Processing, printing, and posting EOB reports.
- Organize files in chronological, alphabetical, and numerical order.
- Responsible for learning procedural, policy, and system enhancements and adapting to changes as they occur.
- Responsible for quality assurance/audit of work duties
- Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent on the job training
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access)
- Experience with ERP and/or Unix (Preferred)
- 10 Key proficiencies required.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills to extract data, draw conclusions, and work strategically with other departments.
- Ability to work in an environment with rapidly changing priorities.
- Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.

You can view your paystub through www.cardholder.comdata.com, through the Employbridge mobile app, or by signing up to automatically receive your paystub summary information by email or text message each pay day.
