On large sites, we can provide a behavioral safety specialist who will observe our workers and can partner with you to design an even better safety program. 
We do our due diligence to ensure our talent is ready to contribute when they arrive at your door. Our proprietary assessments identify aptitude and skills necessary for success. In some markets, we can confirm our workers’ skills on forklift equipment. We also use simulator technology where available. We’ve found our assessment results to be extremely accurate.
