EmployGig is a staffing solution for manufacturing and logistics. We use it to fill temporary positions with workers who want flexible, four-hour “gig” assignments. Our EmployGig team provides a managed service that includes redesigning your shifts and recruiting a broader workforce. Typical EmployGig workers include caregivers, students, and retirees.

  • Schedule and Staffing Evaluation

    Working closely with you, we’ll complete an initial review of shift roles and site parameters.

  • Week 1

    We’ll conduct a single-day site visit to review work areas and meet with your leadership before building a gig program that meets your site needs.

  • Week 2 to 5

    Trained talent can begin selecting gigs through our app. We post gigs based on labor forecast and can adjust as demands change in your facility.

  • Weeks 6+

    Our team will analyze productivity and staffing levels to optimize our workforce and planning.
