Warehouse Associate – Freight Verifier

Location: Ontario, CA

Schedules:

Saturday – Monday | 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM

or

Tuesday-Friday | 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

 

Job Overview

In this role, you will inspect and verify freight, break down pallets, and ensure products and quantities match shipment orders.

Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Associate – Freight Verifier, you will:

  • Verify incoming freight and prepare labels for shipment.
  • Physically break down pallets and inspect freight.
  • Visually verify product types and quantities against the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Identify shortages, overages, damages, tampering, or other unusual freight conditions.
  • Apply labels accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain accuracy while handling high-volume shipments.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

 

 

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work on your feet for the duration of a 12-hour shift.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

 

Physical Requirements

  • Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
  • Stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Perform repetitive movements, including bending, stooping, and reaching.
  • Work efficiently in a physically demanding warehouse setting.

You’re paid on Friday for the prior week worked. We pay using the Comdata Payroll Card. Your payroll funds can be directly deposited to the bank account of your choice through our Comdata Payroll Card program. To set up direct deposit, log in to the cardholder website at www.cardholder.comdata.com. Enter your username, password, and click the log in button. Hover over the Banking option and click on Direct Deposit. Follow the prompt Steps to Transfer Money From Your Comdata Payroll Card to Your Bank Account.

You can view your paystub through www.cardholder.comdata.com, through the Employbridge mobile app, or by signing up to automatically receive your paystub summary information by email or text message each pay day.
