As a Workforce Operations Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in supporting associates, partnering with client leadership, and ensuring workforce operations run smoothly. What You'll Do

Workforce & Employee Support

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for associates, client contacts, and workforce-related concerns.
  • Address employee issues promptly and professionally while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Educate clients on workforce management guidelines and best practices.
  • Partner with internal teams, vendors, and client stakeholders to resolve employee relations matters, attendance concerns, payroll issues, and assignment-related questions.
  • Coach associates on attendance expectations, workplace standards, and performance improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct performance reviews and manage assignment starts, extensions, and completions.

Onboarding & Associate Experience

  • Deliver engaging, client-specific new hire orientations.
  • Collect, review, and verify all required onboarding documentation prior to employee start dates.
  • Ensure employees have a positive onboarding experience and understand workplace expectations from day one.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and help create a strong workplace culture.

Client Operations & Service Delivery

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client leadership and operational teams.
  • Support the successful execution of staffing and workforce solutions agreements.
  • Monitor service-level expectations and help identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
  • Participate in client meetings focused on workforce planning, safety, and operational performance.

Reporting, Compliance & Data Management

  • Utilize systems such as Salesforce, Bullhorn, Power BI, and workforce management tools to monitor key metrics and workforce trends.
  • Run reports, analyze data, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Process payroll accurately and support time and attendance tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with wage and hour regulations and company policies.
  • Escalate workforce concerns and operational risks to the appropriate stakeholders when necessary.

Safety & Risk Management

  • Support workplace safety initiatives and reinforce a culture of safety.
  • Participate in safety meetings and operational discussions with clients.
  • Document and investigate workplace incidents.
  • Execute safety observation and compliance programs.

Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a logistics, manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or industrial environment.
  • Customer service experience with responsibility for client or employee communication.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfort working with data, reports, and technology platforms.

Preferred

  • Human Resources, staffing, recruiting, or workforce management experience.
  • Experience supporting employee relations and workforce operations.
  • Familiarity with highly process-driven environments.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Bullhorn, Power BI, workforce management systems, or similar technologies.

Work Environment

  • Bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching as needed.

You can view your paystub through www.cardholder.comdata.com, through the Employbridge mobile app, or by signing up to automatically receive your paystub summary information by email or text message each pay day.
