Milam

Billy Milam is CEO of Employbridge, America’s largest industrial staffing firm as recognized by Staffing Industry Analysts, combining the advantages of national scale and local market knowledge with the speed and efficiency of its proven Bluecrew digital platform.

Employbridge’s brand purpose of championing people and unlocking potential is a mantra that drives the company, putting more than 440,000 temporary Talent to work annually across a network of approximately 400 offices in 48 states. In 2022, Employbridge provided value-added workforce solutions to 17,000 customers. The company is also helping close the skills gap in America’s supply chain by providing free, career-focused skills development courses to its temporary talent as well as personal development courses through the firm’s Better WorkLife Academy and Life Skills Studio; approximately 20,000 temporary associates are enrolled annually

Billy is an accomplished leader with nearly 30 years of experience driving focused strategic alignment, enhancing culture through defining a common purpose and facilitating high growth and profitability. Today, he guides the digital-first growth and innovation journey of Employbridge with decisive focus on and investment in its people. His transparent and approachable leadership style encourages candid employee dialogue, resulting in meaningful career growth programs and outstanding colleague longevity.

Milam holds an MBA in finance from the University of South Carolina and a bachelor’s degree in architecture from Clemson University. He serves on the boards for Clemson University Athletics and Wesleyan School.

Digital platform design expert and architect of platform strategy for EB’s digital transformation. Previously led product, engineering, AI, data science, and platform engagement at Workhuman.

Ed is a strategic transformation leader with extensive experience in the execution of companywide turnarounds and accelerated growth programs.

He brings 30+ years of experience, following his service in the US Air Force with C-Suite leadership roles at Advent Int’l Private Equity, Philips, Bridgestone, and Serta Simmons Bedding.

Joanie creates a connected brand experience through enterprise communications, brand enhancement, public relations, and the Voice of the American Workforce program.

She brings 20+ years experience in staffing firm leadership to her role at Employbridge. Joanie is both the Chief Experience Officer and the President of RemX.

As the lead on the M&A deal life cycle, Deepak is devoted to expanding our footprint into key markets with an expertise in corporate development, M&A, and integration.

He brings 25+ years of experience, previously serving as Sr. VP of Corporate Strategy at Covanta and VP at BMO Capital Markets.

Meyerhoff

Scott optimizes and advances EB’s financial operations, supporting the vital work of providing clients with the staffing solutions they need for continued success. 

He brings 25+ years of experience in executive finance leadership roles, having previously served as CFO for Agora Consulting.

Mills

Steve brings an extensive expertise in global franchising and recruitment across both the Executive Search and Contact Staffing sectors.

He brings 30+ years of experience in the recruitment industry, serving as President at Armstrong Franklin, and CEO of MRI Worldwide Network Limited.

Colin implements Employbridge’s digital strategies to enhance the candidate experience and provide customers with workforce solutions.

He brings 17+ years of experience in technical, product, and leadership positions to his role. He previously served as Chief Digital Officer at Robert Half.

He brings 20+ years of legal and corporate expertise, previously serving as Chief Legal Officer at Constellis and General Counsel at Aptara.

She brings 20 years of experience, serving as Senior VP and Chief People Officer for The Aaron’s Company and VP of Human Resources at RaceTrac.

Skip is instrumental in driving growth in our core business, enabling strategic partnerships and facilitating integration activities with a focus on organic and M&A growth strategies.
